Do I need to pay or watch ads to finish the game?

No. Every level can be finished for free. Videos are always optional and only offered for bonuses such as a free hint or doubled coins. Energy is per level and never sold.

Does it work offline?

Yes, including the daily puzzle. It changes at 00:00 UTC.

I bought something but don't see it.

Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases. If it still doesn't appear, email us with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.).

How are stars awarded?

Three stars: every order filled using no more energy than par, with no hints or undos. Two stars: within half the spare energy. One star: every order filled.

I ran out of energy.

Use Undo, or restart: every level is proven winnable with its energy. Hints show the next move of a solver that wins it.

How do I move my progress to a new phone?

Progress is part of Android's own backup. Make sure backup is on in Android settings before you switch phones.
